  • All In Motion’s Seamless Core Bra assortment has been the same since the brand launched in 2020. The guest, our sales, and market trends told us that we needed to update these styles to meet changing guest expectations and increase sales.

  • All In Motion’s Seamless Core Bra assortment was becoming outdated from a style standpoint and dipping in sales revenue. Previously, these were our top 2 selling bras, selling $28.8 million dollars combined in 2024. Their sales have plateaued and even dipped, so I was tasked with updating a $28 million dollar program.

  • I started with a deep dive into the seamless market, our guest reviews, and looped in product insights to create a launchpad for new concepts. I took all the guest pain points and combined them with market trends to come up with multiple concepts to weartest amongst our guests.

  • The updated Seamless Core Bras are performing well with weartesters. They are largely preferring the updated Seamless bras because of their flattering design and their comfort.
